Kristina Goodwin is an associate at Whitlock & Gray, and represents individuals and families in matters related to immigration and family law.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown Law and a her Bachelors Degree in English Literature from Bowdoin College. She is barred in Missouri.

Kristina has worked on immigration cases related to family-based petitions, asylum, bond proceedings, motions to reopen, and special immigrant juvenile status (SIJS). She has also represented clients in divorce, custody, guardianship, paternity, and name change proceedings.

After the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, Kristina worked for the National Lawyer’s Guild and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.  She helped organize the volunteer legal response to aid protesters. In 2015, Kristina became a partner at Goodwin Keating, LLC where she advocated for families, small businesses, protesters and tenants. She regularly volunteers with the Migrant and Immigrant Community Action (MICA) Project.  When she’s not practicing law Kristina designs museum exhibits, most recently for the St. Louis Science Center.
